Meet Frank Fowler
Frank Fowler has represented Andrew Wyeth for more than fifty years in the placement of his original work. Mr. Fowler has worked with private collectors, museums, corporate collections and bank trust departments for the acquisition of original works. He has given lectures for ETV in Greenville, South Carolina and CBC in Vancouver, British Columbia on the work of Andrew Wyeth. He has organized exhibitions of Andrew Wyeth’s work on an international basis during the past forty five years.
BACKGROUND
Mr. Fowler has specialized in the works of the Wyeth family, artists, and sculptors of the Brandywine School of Painting since 1970. He has been involved in every facet of the aforementioned, including but not limited to, arrangement of exhibitions, preparation of forewords, catalogues, catalogues raisonné and evaluation of works. Mr. Fowler is a past member of the Board of Advisors of the Georgia Museum of Art at the University of Georgia. He has served on the Advisory Committee on the Arts at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C. He also has served on the Board of the President’s Committee on the Arts and The Humanities in Washington, DC.
